Joseph and His Coat of Many Colors by Sue Kassirer–Book Review

This colorfully (no pun intended) illustrated book is one of Simon & Schuster’s books for young readers and is targeted for children ages 3-8. If your youngster is just beginning to read, this would be an excellent choice. It is also simple enough to be read to younger children. The story of Joseph and his brothers is told in short sentences that are easy to read and understand. It would be a good way to begin a discussion about jealousy, anger and the need for forgiveness to youngsters.

Sunday School teachers and parents will love this resource. It is both attractive and biblical.

VERDICT: 5 STARS.
