David and Goliath–Book Review

This board book is part of a series published by The Clever Factory. The other stories available are: Daniel in the Lion’s Den, Moses, and Joshua and the Wall.

The illustrations are bright and colorful, but not exceptional. The story is told briefly and it is biblically accurate. However, in my opinion, some of the vocabulary is above the understanding of the age group who would find a board book appealing.

I was not particularly impressed by this book, and probably wouldn’t purchase it. I can imagine it best in a Sunday School library.

VERDICT: 2 STARS.
