The Lutheran Ladies Connection blog was started by several women of St. Paul’s Free Lutheran Church in Leitersburg, Maryland.  We are a member congregation of the AFLC (Association of Free Lutheran Churches).  We now have Lutheran ladies from the Missouri Synod and the Wisconsin Synod among our authors.

Our blog is not intended to be exclusive:  we want others to feel free to offer comments, ask questions and suggest monthly themes.  Should you wish to be a guest blogger, please email your post to us at and we will review and post it if it is deemed to be appropriate by our team.  It is not our desire to stir up controversies and disagreement:  instead we  hope to edify one another and grow in faith together.  We are not theologians and our posts reflect only our individual understanding and opinions.

Our mission statement is:

As Lutheran women, we wish to share, through our posts, our experiences in piety, study, and apostolic action so that we not only grow in Gods’ grace personally, but spread that growth and grace worldwide

Our theme verse is:

And let us consider how to stir up one another to love and good works … encouraging one another and all the more as you see the Day drawing near.”  Hebrews 10:24-25.

If you wish to contact any of us for further discussion, you may visit our church website(click on St. Paul’s on our home page) or email us at
