Have you laid down your life at the cross?

Have you laid down your life at the cross?

Jesus died was buried descended into hell and rose again on the third day.

He sits at the right hand of the Father (Joseph was the Pharoah’s right hand. Daniel was the right hand to more than one king. Aaron was Moses’ right hand.)

The right hand is the kingdom doer, the make-it-happener.

Jesus is the head of the ecclesia, his church, his body. Can your head act if your hand refuses to listen?

Okay, you’re at the cross, you leave your life there. But that is not enough. You must then PICK UP your NEW LIFE (you are resurrected under the same power that resurrected Christ Jesus).

What does that look like? How do you live out your day-to-day operating in the Father’s kingdom? How do you carry yourself? Interact with those around you?

If you truly BELIEVE you are saved through the sacrificial lamb who is Christ, the only Son of God, creator of all, who was, is and will ever be, then you MUST BELIEVE you are adopted into the family of GOD.

Would a man sacrifice his only child to save strangers, only then to deny the full rights and benefits of kinship to those he saved? Or does he fold them into his LIFE, his HOME, his tender EMBRACE?

How are you LIVING? Are you living as if you have been assimilated into the family of Christ? Prince of all creation?

What does it look like to do that? To live as princes and princesses in the Kingdom of GOD? Do you know your worth? Do you assert your GOD-given AUTHORITY?

Finally what does our WORLD look like, when as one the body of Christ steps into KNOWING who they are, OWNING and EXERCISING their God-given authority, operating in sync to realize God’s KINGDOM here on EARTH?

The body of Christ is asleep and Christ needs HIS body awake in order to carry out his Father’s business. Don’t just stop at the cross. Walk through Christ’s death into HIS resurrection and commit to going about your Father’s work here on earth.
